1986 PORSCHE 944 User Comment / Complaint

Have a 2001 suburban lt about 10 to 5 mph the abs will start pumping the brakes coming to a complete stop or parking in a lot with the wheel turned. happends alot. this all happening with no rain. when it's sunny and dry.  view

My name is william watts, i have a 2003 grand am, i recently came back from a funeral in mississippi going back to st. louis mo, 3/4 of the way my car stopped, after 3 hours of waiting it was determined that my fuel pump had went out, how can a car 2 years old have a fuel pump go out, i also have friends that also say there security system is causing there fuel pumps to shut-down, why does these things happen to a car that is no older than two years, please investigate and add to your recall list, i had to get my car towed 113 miles, and paid $560 to have fuel pump replaced, i do not feel this is right, i feel that a car should last over 5 years before it breaks down  view

The passanger door locked and will not open, it just happen all of a sudden we cant unlock the door with the key, power locks or alarm switch. this was really alarming to me and my family suppose, we had been in a roll over accident and had not been able to get out of the truck  view

Dt: 2000, ford, focus. contact states the wheel bearing was howling. the vehicle only had 47,000 miles on it. heard this noise for one month. he thought it was the tires, but it was not the tires. took vehicle to an an independent shop, and they told him it was the rear wheel bearings, and showed him a service bulletin regarding the rear wheel bearings which did did not apply to this vehicle.  view

1996 clutch pedal assembly failed on the 1996 volkswagen passat. the consumer believed the part was poorly designed.  view

2000 chevrolet malibu developed problems with the brake equipment. the consumer had the brakes replaced 3 times. the first brake service they were replaced under warranty after that the consumer was told it was considered wear and tear. the water pump was leaking.  view

1999 dodge ram rolled backwards into a pond when the transmission was released from park. the consumer 2 year old son released the vehicle from park with the engine still running. the consumer was injured. the transaxle ignition interlock system was not working as it was designed to.  view

2005 toyota tacoma started jumping out of gear while in fourth gear. the consumer stated the problem only happens while in 4th gear.  view

Dt: 2004 nissan maxima that has continental, contitouring , tire, size p225/55/r17 leaked air almost to the point of being flat. this happens over a period of time, such as two weeks, these leaks were slow, and occurred four tires. consumer was driving about 35 mph in a school zone and heard a pop, pulled ove,r and the right rear tire was completely flat on the rim. this occurred near a gas station ,and consumer drove there to gas station to put air in the tire, but the air system at the gas station would not work. called family member to bring an air piggy and the tire would not inflate. waited for tire dealer to open because this was early in the morning and they could not inflate the tire. upon further inspection they note tha t inside of the tire running vertically from the rim to the top of the tire had a split. due to tread separation this could not be repaired , and a new tire would have to be purchased. contacted dealer, who suggested discussing this matter with tire manufacturer. contacted continental, who said consumer would have to taketire to an authorized service center which was a considerable drive for inspection of the tire. called a second time, and they said they would send out a call tag and request tires back. consumer had all four tires replaced with a different brand and paid for this out of pocket. have not sent those tires to continental at this time.  view
