2000 GMC DENALI User Comment / Complaint

Dt: the consumer states that her windshield wipers went out about 1 ½ to 2 years ago. when she called gmc, they had told her the recall was not for 2000 model vehicles. she was told how to fix the vehicle, which was done. on saturday, the power steering went out on the vehicle. general motors was called and they did not have any information, but the nearest dealership was contacted. the manager at that dealership told the consumer a couple of things that it could have been. the shaft that powers the pump sheered off, because it is tapered. the consumer's husband found the problem and he fixed it.
