Safety recall regarding defective hydraulic brake booster accumulator.** answer required***. the hydraulic brake booster accumulator failed for the second time despite an earlier recall in which the dealer replaced the defective part on sept. 27, 2001. this recall repair was completed three days prior to the consumer taking delivery of the vehicle on sept 30, 2001.
