Received recall #04v090000 concerning fuel pressure regulator. took vehicle to dealership and had it repaired on 3/18/2005. recall repairs failed when 4 days later, on 3/24/2005, the manifold ruptured and caused water to leak into the oil. had not taken vehicle back to dealer.
