Contact states having trouble with abs brakes. he believes the brakes are front wheel anti-lock. when he tries to brake while traveling at a slow speed, 5 mph, the pedal pulsed and kept vehicle from stopping. this happened 60%-70% of the time. while trying to brake can hear the abs brakes go off. this happens in any road condition. consumer bought the car second hand. the car had about 36, 000 miles. * had over 1000 failures.
