Consumer received recall 04v357000 concerning engine and engine cooling. consumer took vehicle to the dealer for service, and it was explained to her that this vehicle was not included in the recall due to vin. consumer concerned that the car may catch on fire if camshaft is not fixed. the consumer purchase the part but cannot afford the labor. the consumer request reimbursement for part.
