2004 GMC ENVOY XUV User Comment / Complaint

I washed my envoy at a car wash by hand i wanted to see if the sells man was right about you can wash the inside of the truck when i finished the back hatch would not close it took an hour till it dried to close. then it rained and i had to open the back gate and it would't close i took it to the dealer right away and they replaced the electical parts because they said they hung down to low and got wet then when i picked up my envoy the back window would go down with the key but would'nt go back up so i went in and asked about that he said that is one thing we did not order a part for so you will have to come back when we get that part in. now after everything has been replaced i had problems again this time it was cold not raining iam taking it back on thursday to see what has went wrong.
