1990 BMW 750 User Comment / Complaint

2004 f-450 6.0 diesel in shop 15 times, hoses burn replace and burns again ,truck shakes real bad . oil leaks , radiator hoses leaks ,glow plugs,bad injectors ,wires rubs motor shuts truck off,instrument panel battery light comes on and off and then stays on. loses power.  view

Traveling east-bound on i-10. forced onto left shoulder by another vehicle. while attempting to move back onto the freeway was hit square on the drivers door by a pickup truck traveling in the same direction. vehicle rolled 3-4 times before coming to stop. none of the front or side airbags deployed in the 2003 ford focus. the car only had 5000 miles on it.  view

On 2 separate occasions the serpentine belt came off the pulley while driving. when this occurred the vehicle lost engine coolant, power brakes and steering, almost resulting in an accident. the dealership could not indicate why the serpentine belt came off. they just replaced it. the first incident occurred during light rain. the second incident revealed a drain form a prior repair to an evaporator had fallen off and allowed water to drip directly onto the serpentine belt, which supposedly allowed the belt to jump off of the pulleys.  view

On numerous occasions the seat belt on my 2004 chevrolet trailblazer ext. has malfunctioned, i.e. it does not come out, and therefore will force me to drive without a seat belt. i have visited the dealership on numerous occasions to have them correct the problem, everytime i travel to the dealership seems to be the time that it starts to work again. gm's policy is that "if they do not see the problem when it occurs, that there is no problem" i believe this to be a major safety concern, being unable to buckle my seatbelt on occasion, and not to mention illegal to drive without a seatbelt in the state of florida, in talking with several other trailblazer owners, they have experienced the same, i am very concerned about this, and do not know what else to do?  view

Part b to odi# 10106272 forgot to note that exhaust comes into the vehicle from the fresh air intake and gives me headaches on long trips.  view

It was raining in louisiana and i was driving to pick up my husband from work. upon leaving his work. we were traveling east on highway 10 to church on a wendesday evening. the windshield wipers hit each other and the passenger side was laying limp on the side. the drivers side was still attempting to work. we had to turn them off and drive the rest of the way to church with no wipers. the passenger side had been bent and we removed the arm so that we could drive the van with just the driver side wiper. it was still under warranty at the time (11000 miles). we brought it to the local dealership in baker, louisiana. they did not have the parts to fix it so they ordered the parts. we waited three weeks for parts. when we finally called back to see if the parts had come in, they told us that they had and they just forgot to call us. we brought the van in and they replaced the wiper arm and they could not get the timing right on the wipers. they found out that they had to replace the transmission for the wipers and set the timing. they have been running fine until about three weeks ago. the just stopped working all together this time. you can hear the motor trying to turn to move the wipers but they are not moving. this repair is at 51000 miles. first time ever that i have had the windshield wipers on any vehicle i have owned go out, much less go out twice. the dealership wants to charge 240 dollars plus tax for repairs. this is ridiculous.  view

My 2001 chevrolet silverado 1/2 ton ext cab pickup's parking brake is apparently worn out and will not hold vehicle at all. i have ask the local gm dealer to adjust the parking brake but they told me they are not adjustable (which now i found out was not true) but must be replaced. they told me the rear brakes and parking brakes need replacing much more often than the front brakes. my rear disc brake pads are still in good shape and do not need replacing but the parking brake has not been holding for over a year now. i have found there is an investigation on this exact problem nhtsa action number ea04011. i am interested in knowing the outcome and if somehow i can get repair/correction assistance from gm on this matter. thanks.  view

4th tire failure, goodyear lt235?80r17 several side wall tire splits,both outer surfaces of tire. tire had 10/32 of 15/32 tread remaining, this tire is one already replaced by goodyear. the casing is at west tire svc, 4000 hwy 281 north, marble falls ,tx78654, phone 830/693-0475, fax: 830/693-0602. would be nice if you impounded tis tire for examination and fact finding before they ship it away. there was no accident or curb bounce involved, just a faulty tire and it's interesting to note that all my driving on michelin tires never had a mess like this one and my driving style has not changed.  view

Fan clutch failed in near full on mode causing excessive air flow when during winter season. after approximately 20 miles highway travel attempting to return from a vacation the "service engine soon" indicator illuminated. readout of this error was p0495 fan speed high.  view
