While driving 25 mph, the consumer heard a loud knocking noise coming from the rear. suddenly, the vehicle vibrated. the vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection, and the mechanic determined that the rear strut mounting had to be replaced. three out of four rear strut mounts had broken away from the subframe of the vehicle.
