1999 GMC C/K PICKUP User Comment / Complaint

I called michael gmc, 3700 s carson, carson city nv to have a sticky accelerator pedal on my 1999 gmc sierra pu repaired. i stated i knew of a tsb issued for this defect. i was told there was no tsb. i checked via the internet and found tsb #00-06-04-007a had been issued in jun 00. i have found a gm dealer who will repair this for me. but i think that hohl should not have refused to correct this problem under the tsb. do i have any recours to hohl for misleading me?
