Saw tv note on daimler-chrysler recall re: ball joints. my wife has a similar issue with a gm f-150 (independently verified by a mechanic as excessive wear for 20,000 miles and is already making the noise chrysler says is a warning)--but dealer says it's within specs, and gm says it won't go against dealer. new husband is very worried for his wife given that ball joint is already at the stage that is quoted as "consumer would have warning because of noise"--yet no repair offered or even thought needing further review.  view

While driving at 65 mph on august 31, 2004 front passenger tire blew. on september 9, 2004 while driving at 45 mph the right tire tread separated. as result, there was a damage to the passenger door and the underneath the vehicle, for over $2000. bridgestone, model dueler, at 693 lt285/75r16, dot#ejlfccb190.  view

While driving at 25 mph front passenger side wheel fell off. vehicle was towed to the independent shop, where the mechanic determined that tied rod separated from the wheel.  view

Front driver's seat belt broke. it was the same defect as stated in recall 96v044000. consumer took the vehicle to dealer. however, the vin was not included the recall.  view

Nhtsa campaign 04v103000; nissan issued an air bag sensor recall. the vehicle was not included in the recall, but the consumer experienced the same problem as those vehicles that were recalled the light would remain on.  view
