Our named insured, larry mccallister, purchased a 1999 dodge q1500 from sunflower dodge in late 2000, early 2001. vehicle had original tires. tire tread seperated and accident occurred 08/07/2004. one car accident. vin #: 1b7hc13z1xj515832.
