2002 GMC 2500 HD User Comment / Complaint

While driving 30 mph, the consumer collided with the vehicle in front of his. upon impact both frontal air bags failed to deploy. the driver's seat belt failed to retract. this caused the driver to sustained minor injuries and was transported to the hospital. the vehicle was towed to the dealer for inspection. please provide further details. .
