The vehicle upper intake manifold cracked prior to receiving the recall notice. recall number (903v473000). one day prior to receiving the recall notice the consumers vehicle became disabled. the service manager determined the problem could have been a defective fuel pressure regulator. after the regulator was replaced the engine still would not start. the consumer had the vehicle fixed at her own expense.
