Re nhtsa action # peo4066 (1) none (2) sudden tire deflation, deflation at valve stem. total of three flat tires over 18 month period. fortunately consequences in each case were minor (3)replaced tire valve stems on all wheels and spare after 3rd instance additionlly have failed parts on hand if needed pe04066_cat
