Problems with engine replacement. the consumer wants to know what can be done about the unethical behavior of a technician. after two weeks the consumer was told that the vehicle was ready. once the consumer paid fro the services the technician said that the engine was not good. the consumer feels the technician down talk the engine since his establishment was also a used car lot.
