Recall 96v158002 concerning fuel fumes. vehicle was experiencing problem with fuel/fumes escaping from the fuel tank. strong fume vapors were getting into the vehicle whenever the vehicle was at a stop or idling position. dealer and the manufacturer were notified and they informed the consumer that this vehicle was not covered under that recall due to vin.
