Started the car and noticed a high pitched noise which increased when the wheel was turned and the car accelerated - the steering was stiff and the idle was really low. after letting the car warm up for about 1/2 hour the sound was gone, but the idle remained low. about a year ago something similar happend after startup - we had below freezing temperatures, and this time the car's steering would not move and the car would stall - it wasn't until about an hour of running time until the car's steering wheel was able to move.  view

Consumer started the vehicle and it caught on fire from under the dashboard. consumer was able to put out the fire. consumer contacted dealership.  view

Car was turning off when stopped, took to a mazda dealer cables were replaced, problem continued. mazda burned, fire started under the hood, firefighters could not find the cause.  view

Headlight lenses are gradually turning yellow, causing reduced visibility at night.  view

When parking against a concrete parking stop, if you pull the front tires all the way to the stop when you back out you just about pull the entire bumper off. this happened only a couple months after we bought the car. we pulled into the parking spot not thinking anything of it. we owned similar sized cars before. the grillwork pops out and snaps back in. we lost two of the three pieces of grillwork from not realizing that they do come out when you simply park your car. the first i mentioned the incident to the service tech he said i guess they don't have those parking stops in germany. the second time i mentioned it the service tech said you have to remember this is a compact car and you don't have to pull all the way in. i believe the newer jetta models have more clearance than the "troubled jettas" do.we have somewhat gotten used to not pulling in so far but not all the time. we also refuse to get it repaired at our expense.  view

Consumer complained about a fuel leak. consumer took the vehicle to the dealer, who indicated that the fuel pump had a crack in it. there was a strong smell coming through the vents of the vehicle. consumer contacted the manufacturer, but was told there was nothing they could do.  view

The dashboard components remained illuminated even though the vehicle was turned off. the consumer attempted to turn the vehicle on and off but the dashboard lights stayed illuminated. within seconds of this, smoke started coming form the steering column. the vehicle was towed to dealership. the ignition switch failed and damaged the steering column and other components. there was a ignition switch recall 02v07000 but the consumer was never notified although the vehicle identification numbers was covered by the recall.  view

While driving 45 mph the vehicle was involved in a frontal collision. the air bags did not deploy. as a result the vehicle was considered totaled. the passenger sustained a broken knee in three places and now unable to walk. please provide additional. information.  view

While driving at 45 mph, another motorist pulled out in front of the consumer. the consumer t-boned the other motorist. the air bags failed to deploy upon impact. the consumer sustained a sternum and the passenger sustained severe back and neck injuries.  view

Vehicle suffered three fuel tank failures. in between the three failures the consumer had the vehicle in the repair shop on multiple occasions to have the fuel system inspected. because the smell of fuel was so powerful windows had to be closed while operating the vehicle. the dealer was notified about the defective fuel pump assembly and refused to reimburse the consumers for repairs made. please respond promptly in resolving matters.  view

While driving at 65 mph, the consumer's vehicle collided head on with a another vehicle. the passengers were wearing seat belts, but the air bags did not deploy. the driver sprained a foot, broke a wrist,2 passengers sustained head lacerations.  view

While returning home from seeing my first grandchild, south of hershey pa my transmission died at approx. 50,000 miles. i had to have the vehicle towed from the interstate and the transmission rebuilt. they told me there were a lot of metal shavings in the transmission which clogged up the works. this cost me almost $3,000.00 plus the cost of being stranded out of town for 5 days. i now have 92,000 miles on the truck and have to have the transmission rebuilt again. i do not know the cost to do this yet. plus i have the cost of obtaining alternate transportation to get to work for about 14 days until i get the work completed. the first repair work was done by aamco and the warranty on their work was for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever came first. i had aamco do a diagnostic on the vehicle and they told me the transmission was "toast".  view

Truck has always had a short in it somewhere, has to be started daily so that the battery will not go dead. battery been replaced, then it started to blow fuses right after they were replaced, taken in to specialist and cannot find the problem with electrical system.  view

Possible mirror defect on 1998 f150. the vehicle swerved and the passenger side mirror struck a mailbox. the mirror collapsed and the mirror inside had become detached, flew through the passenger window, struck the consumer in the chin and flew out of the driver window. this was the second incident. the first incident, the mirror collapsed as designed to, however, the mirror detached forcefully landing in the passenger's seat.  view

While driving consumer applied the brakes and pedal went to the floor. vehicle hit a meridian strip pole. consumer was unable to maintain control of the vehicle, skidded into a guard rail, and vehicle flipped over twice. upon impact, both frontal air bags did not deploy. passenger and driver sustained neck and back injuries, and were transported by ambulance to a hospital. vehicle was towed, and totaled by the insurance company.  view

The dashboard was peeling and it was rolling into the windshield covering up the vehicle identification number. a service bulletin was discovered and the manufacture was notified and they denied the claim at the time of the bulletin.  view

Consumer stated that transmission jerked. but it had been doing this since purchase of the vehicle. he mentioned this to the dealer from whom he purchased the vehicle . took vehicle to another dealer, and they put a strainer in the transmission, but it did not help the problem. consumer was told that this was a pos manufacturer's defect.  view

Consumer heard a loud noise coming from the rear. consumer drove vehicle to the dealer for inspection, and mechanic determined that exhaust manifold pipe needed to be replaced. this vehicle was not on recall, and the warranty expired. consumer had to pay for parts and labor. the consumer stated that he wanted to cancel his complaint. he was advised by honda service manager to take his vehicle to any dealership for an inspection. defective part immediately replaced free of charge.  view

Consumer received recall 04v110000 concerning fuel rail tubing. took vehicle to the dealer for the repairs. dealer called consumer, and informed her that fuel was leaking from the vehicle, and that they wanted the consumer to pay for the repairs.  view

Consumer is unable to keep vehicle strayed out of the lane. front end had been done eight times. the rear axle was mounted wrongly on the vehicle.  view

While driving at any speed vehicle stalled . vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection, and mechanic determined that control module needed to be replaced, and replaced it six times. however, the problem recurred.  view

Driver's male portion metal buckle has fallen off seatbelt, also pass. retractor assemblies inoperative, it won't retract back into door.  view

While the vehicle was in motion, the rear tire on the drivers side peeled and the tire blew out and caused the vehicle to sway and the sway bar to break. on a separate occasion, the passenger tires rubber peeled away from the steel belt. as the rubber was peeling from the tire, it was hitting the sides of the vehicle causing numerous scratches and rubber marks as well as breaking pieces off of the rear panel.  view

Bark on 5/15/2004 i noticed the rear driver side tire on our 2003 saturn vue with uneven wear. the passenger side was also but not as bad. took car into saturn they said we must have hit something and bent some part of the rear suspension causing the tire to go out of alinement. my wife drives this car and doesn't remember hitting thing let alone something that could bend metal. they charge us $324.63 to repair and replace one tire. they said that warrentee did not cover this. now i see that a test caused the rear suspention to bend and they have a recall. they won't tell me what they are going to do, and i not really sure just what they replaced last time, this might be related? i still need to replace the passenger side tire, as soon as i can afford a new one, but i think this might be related to the recall. if so is saturn liable for the past repairs? how can i find out what they intend to replace in the recall? thanks for your help.  view

Horn does not work. dealer examined the vehicle and had to replace the steering package. then, horn worked. currently, horn is defective again.  view

Consumer stated that the ball joints were defective. upper ball joints wore out prematurely.  view

While making a right turn steering wheel failed. this caused vehicle to hit the curb, and the passenger side tire blew. consumer received a recall notice 02049 for replacement of steering lower pinion bearings. the problem recurred since the repair problem was not resolved.  view

I purchased a 2001 mitsubishi eclipse spyder gt convertible on november 24, 2003. when i purchased this car, the right front rim was significantly bent. this defect could lead to failure of the rim and catastrophic damage to the vehicle and occupants if this occurred at higher speeds.  view

I,m sending this complain on behalf of my brother-in-law who will not pursue this matter.however, i'm adimant as to the nature of this complaint.he has a 2001 vw passat.after hitting a bump at normal speeds, two of his air bags deployed. vw said this is a normal occurrence as the sensor decided it was the thing to do. he's lucky he didn't lose control of the car. obviously if this were a common malady in vehicles today, i dare say many accidents would occur. vw will have nothing to do with it since he's out of warranty. simply speaking, this ain't right!! don brown.  view

May 27th, 2004, i drove my ford f150 pick up from a work site to my home arriving at about 9:40 p.m. i noticed the brake light was on, and double checked to make sure the brake was off. the light remained on and i thought i would check that out on the weekend. the truck ran normally on the ride home. i went to sleep and was awakened by our dog's barking at 12:30 a.m. to discover that the ford f150 pick up was engulfed in flames. the flames were coming out of the engine compartment and beginning to spread to the cab. the fire department was called and they arrived quickly and it took about five minutes with the hose fully on the fire to put it out. there were personal items lost in the truck, there was damage to the house, paint bubbled, plants were killed, the drive way was stained and damaged, and we were all traumatized.  view

Accident 7/11/04 wife rear ended a dodge dorango and totaled her lincoln town car. she didn't see thr car stop in front of her quick enough when applying the brakes the car went in a nice straight line but did not have good braking . i found this to be true when driving this car myself . now we have to pay the price of increased ins. and a bad mark . my wife has never had an accident but there is no room for this in the ins. world even though the car had a engineering problem as so recorded by mycarstats.com and others.this car and ford products were ===improved=== in 1999 or 2000 but of course there is no problem.  view

I have a 1997 honda accord, model lx-v6, vin 1hgce6647va026402 with automatic transmission. i was driving home from philadelphia and nearing home when after starting from a stop light in d4 (auto) the car vibrated vigorously and stalled. (the vibration and stalling was like what happens when operating a manual transmission car and releasing the clutch suddenly.) i pulled over and started the engine from park to d4 and again i had the same problem. i repeated with d2 and the car did not stall although the engine was making some noise. i drove the car to a nearby honda dealer, planet honda in union, nj and explained the troblem. the car was left at the dealer for 2 days but they were unable to give a reason for this. the noise in the engine still appears and the dealer is suggesting replacing the whole transmission. this is a safety hazard and if the problem occurred on the highway instead of a local road it could have been hazardous.  view

Pulling into a parking space at low speed i put on the brakes and heard a grinding noise and the brakes failed. i crashed into a concrete wall, causing front-end damage to my car. the body damage was repaired (5/20-6/03/04) and the car was sent to the dealer to diagnose the problem. dealer stated that they could not find a problem with the brakes (6/02-6/03). the body shop went to pick up the vehicle (6/04) and when the porter drove it to the front, the brakes failed and he crashed. the dealership called the isuzu engineers and were told to pull the master cylinder off. they said when they did that the piston was stuck to the booster causing and intermittent brake problem. dealer made all repairs at their cost and called me to pick up the car on friday (6/11). i drove the car and on wednesday morning (6/16) the brakes failed and i called the dealer to pick up the car. the dealer rep called me on friday (6/18) and said that i had to replace my rear brakes because they were not isuzu parts (i had them done at another mechanic, not long ago) and also the abs module (which i replaced already at my cost on 6/07/02). the dealer said the car was working fine and returned it to me on friday (6/25). i did not actually take the car back until the following friday, because the dealer had scratched the door and needed to repair. i picked the car up on friday (07/02) and drove it home and parked it in my garage. on monday (07/05), i backed out of the garage and the brakes made the same grinding noise and failed to work. i pumped them until they stopped and then pulled back into the garage to park it and they failed a second time causing me to crash into the garage wall. i had a friend with me who witnessed everything and was somewhat sore after the accident. i called the dealer to pick up the car and the said they were having an isuzu engineer flow in to look at the car. that is where i stand so far, $1470.16 out of my pocket and i still don't have my car.  view

While driving on the road and heard loud clanging sound and then saw lots of smoke. service engine light came on and i pulled over. i turned the car off and opened the hood. there was a hole in the side of the engine and oil was all over. car had 66,000 miles on it and was 400 miles over the extended warranty. took to toyota dealer and they determined that there was no sludge or gel in the engine. car was well maintained and there was nothing i could have done to cause this. warranty company is fighting us on fixing the vec. and toyota will not do anything either. this happened on april 15, 2004 and it is now july 7, 2004. toyota dealership still has my car.  view

The accelerator on the car became stuck as i proceeded on a busy street going 60 miles per hour. i tried to stop the car and was unable to. the brakes only slowed the car down to about 30 miles an hour. as a result, i was unable to stop at a red light. fortunately, that day traffic was light. i was able to eventually stop the car. the honda dealer found the accelerator cable stretched, causing engine to stay accelerating because cable was getting caught up in cable sleeve. accelerator cable was replaced.  view

During a 50 mph rear end vehicle collision, the front air bags did not deploy. the front seat belt buckle unlocked. the vehicle was towed. please provided more information.  view

Just after pulling into the driveway, the consumer smelled smoke . he opened the hood and noticed the top of the alternator plug was burning followed by wiring burning across to the battery. the terminal block on the left fender began burning and melting.  view

Nary 05/21/2003 the consumer has had two incident with the vehicle losing power and stalling while on the highway. the vehicle was also serviced for the check engine light, car alarm, air conditioner , and power sun roof. dealer notified  view

When consumer was backed out of the garage , the brake pedal went completely to the floor. at 67,000 miles the wheel sensor went out on the right front. at 65,000mi the left front brake went out. the left front caliper was replaced. the vehicle would not start. the dealer replaced the starter. the tailgate would not open due to broken handle. the dealer replaced the wiper module because the wipers failed intermittently. the shift indicator reading was off and the shifter was not shifting smoothly. the dealer lubed the shift pivot and cables. when putting the vehicle into 4wd the front hubs would not lock. the dealer replaced the front differential actuator and harness.  view

We have had three electrical windows to fall inside the door panels. each time was due to the regulator. first time was under warranty april, 2004. the second and third time, has now happened sept and october, 2004. we have had to pay for both of these windows. there is odviously a defect in the original regulators. what are your chances of three power windows falling inside your door panel because the regulator went out on them. two of the windows has only been used up to 10 times total since i have owned the vehicle since may, 2001.  view

2002 bmw r1150gs motorcycle suffered a failure of the final drive assembly in the shaft drive mechanism. there was no warning. the seal blew out and the shaft bearings disintegrated causing the wheel to hop up and down severely at about 70 mph. i was able to pull the bike over safely without a crash. the entire final drive will have to be replaced. fortunately, it is still under warranty. had it failed literally 30 seconds earlier, i would have been leaned way over in a very tight corner and the likelihood of a serious accident would have been extremely high. the leaking gear oil coated the rear tire causing it to become very slick. it also coated the rear brake pads causing them to become ineffective. the bike is now at the dealership awaiting repairs.  view

While parked, the emergency parking brake released without warning. on three occasions the emergency brake was applied without warning and while driving. this resulted in total burn out of the brake.  view

When the vehicle was being inspected,the consumer was informed the dashboard was separating from the structure extending 1/4 higher than normal. they also stated that recently they've seen at least nine vehicles with this same problem. please describe details.  view

While driving, in inclement weather the windshield wipers would come on and go off on their own. the problem was intermittent. the dealer was aware of the problem. the driver informed the mechanic this vehicle was on recall, but the mechanic informed the consumer that this vehicle was not on recall. the dealer later contacted the consumer and informed him that is vehicle was part of the recall.  view

The transmission is very sluggish at times. upon entering a highway or pulling out into traffic, the vehicle will periodically take off very slow. in a couple instances we were almost hit by oncoming traffic before the transmission kicked in. upon taking it to the dealer for the fourth time in less than two years, they still insist there is no problem with the vehicle because the on-board computer has not recorded any codes. i'm getting very frustrated by this answer, because i feel the only way they will admit the transmission has a problem is when we are finally involved in an accident, maybe with a fatality. i would rather not get a resolution through this result.  view

Timing belt failure while driving. causing approximately $1500 damage to engine(valves). timing belt replaced at regular interval as recommend by daewoo. failure occured at 84,000 miles.  view

I purchased a 2004 dodge ram 2500 cummins truck. there are horrible diesel oil fumes entering the cab from the engine compartment. i was first told by the dealer that it was due to the engine being new. after 15,000 miles i was told that they have an oil additive available to 'fix' the problem by making it smell better. my 9 month pregnant wife cannot ride with me. the fumes are horrible and are causing nausea, headaches, and possibly poisoning which i have no way to verify. the smell is so bad i am not sure what to do, but it is completely unacceptible and seemingly very dangerous and could be fatal in the winter months when the windows must be rolled up. i have researched this issue on several online forums and many people are having this issue with the 2003 and 2004 dodge ram cummins 2500 and 3500 trucks.  view

On june 29, 2004, my wife was involved in a minor fender bender in burbank. this was a low-speed, rear-end collision that should have resulted in both drivers exchanging insurance information and going their separate ways. instead, i received an hysterical phone call from my wife, who was being treated by paramedics for severe shock and burns to her face and arms. we spent the next 6 hours in the emergency room at st. josephs hospital. the sole cause of these injuries was the improper deployment of both airbags in her 1997 honda cr-v. immediately following the accident, paramedics thought her nose might have been broken by the deploying airbag, which had also caused abrasions on her face and lacerations inside her mouth. this morning, she is being treated at the grossman burn center, in van nuys, and we have just learned that she may have to undergo surgery for a skin graft on her right hand. after speaking with several attorneys on the subject, i have learned that automakers, such as american honda, make it all but impossible to obtain legal representation for any potential lawsuit by simply making it too expensive to sue. law firms are not willing to invest the $50k to $100k required for this kind of litigation unless there is the potential for a six-figure award. since my wifes wounds will eventually heal, with some scarring to her arms, any award in a jury trial would probably not meet that standard. for that reason, lawyers wont consider taking on her case. it appears to be common practice for automakers to install airbags that routinely deploy in low-speed collisions. it also seems to be common practice for those same automakers to ignore people who have been injured in these otherwise minor mishaps, and provide zero compensation for the pain and suffering victims have endured.  view

On june 29, 2004, my wife was involved in a minor fender bender in burbank. this was a low-speed, rear-end collision that should have resulted in both drivers exchanging insurance information and going their separate ways. instead, i received an hysterical phone call from my wife, who was being treated by paramedics for severe shock and burns to her face and arms. we spent the next 6 hours in the emergency room at st. josephs hospital. the sole cause of these injuries was the improper deployment of both airbags in her 1997 honda cr-v. immediately following the accident, paramedics thought her nose might have been broken by the deploying airbag, which had also caused abrasions on her face and lacerations inside her mouth. this morning, she is being treated at the grossman burn center, in van nuys, and we have just learned that she may have to undergo surgery for a skin graft on her right hand. after speaking with several attorneys on the subject, i have learned that automakers, such as american honda, make it all but impossible to obtain legal representation for any potential lawsuit by simply making it too expensive to sue. law firms are not willing to invest the $50k to $100k required for this kind of litigation unless there is the potential for a six-figure award. since my wifes wounds will eventually heal, with some scarring to her arms, any award in a jury trial would probably not meet that standard. for that reason, lawyers wont consider taking on her case. it appears to be common practice for automakers to install airbags that routinely deploy in low-speed collisions. it also seems to be common practice for those same automakers to ignore people who have been injured in these otherwise minor mishaps, and provide zero compensation for the pain and suffering victims have endured.  view

Intermittently when attempting to depress the brake pedal it went to the floor by itself. consumer had to place foot under the brake pedal to raise it off the floor. this problem occurred numerous times while driving. vehicle had been to dealer on several occasions, and they were unable to duplicate the problem.  view

Ongoing electrical system problem, draining the battery power, and causing the battery to overheat. battery became so hot that itt had to be disconnected to prevent an explosion. dealer contacted for a scheduled appointment.  view

Ignition switch causes other electrical items to malfunction. owner can turn ignition off and back on malfunctioned component works. please describe details.  view

When accelerating the vehicle loses power. the dashboard lights come on, and the vehicle shuts down intermittently. the consumer tried to contact the dealership manager, but the manager refused to discuss the problem. the vehicle would run in high gear and never change gears and would run up to 50 mph before it stops, there were times when the vehicle would run perfectly, there were noises coming from the front end, and when the vehicle pulled out from stop, while in traffic, the consumer would be able to accelerate to the floor and the vehicle would take off at 5 mph.  view

When the consumer attempted to apply the brakes, they did not perform as designed, as a result the brakes seized up and the vehicle came to a halt and the brake piston shattered causing brake fluid to leak. brake pads were the root cause the pads from the bracking plate and the calipers resulting in the caliper pistons to grind into the rotor.  view

The abs light illuminated and there was a smell of gas. the manufacturer has been contacted and there was a recall on these items and they have been repaired per the manufacturer. the windshield wiper motor was intermittent, the hatchback light was intermittent and the internal light was intermittent. recall# 03v159000 and 96v234000.  view

We bought a "certified" car from liberty auto plaza (on the window sticker it indicated that it was certified and that there was a 57 point safety inspection done and it passed, as well as a 3 month 3,00 mile warranty) 2 days after having the car, we were experiencing problems with power steering and the brakes, so we brought it in to be check out. there are over $3,000 worth of parts to make it a safe car, not including the labor at $95 per hour to fix. they were even baffled by certain things, so they suggested we take it to the liberyville mitsubishi dealership and have a diagnostic check done and they would pay for it. major stuff was found here, engine mount was busted and leaking fluid, power steering linkage and bushings were shot and the reservoir tank was cracked, tie rods were blown, the brakes were so "warped" that is what was causing the car to shake when applying the brake. back to where we bought the car, there were papers that were forged and i didn't sign, and they sold me a gap insurance policy and never submitted the policy or a check to get the addendum turned into a policy, so there is fraud. we just want them to take the car back and reimburse us for our expenses. the car is parked and not drivable.  view

To whom it may vconcern. last week i received a safety recall from suzuki motor. reference a 2003 suzuki, vz800k3 motorcycle, i purchased on 07/05/04 from quinsey powersport of el cajo, california. when i contacted the dealer to have the work performed on said motorcycle i was told by the manager of service to ride the bike in and 3 days it will be ready. how could a ride in a bike that the manufacturer states " do not ride your california model". i have called people at the dealer and at the manufacturer without getting a stray answer yet. what should i do next? did i mention, that on the first day i took the bike home. while in my way to work doing 60 the speedometer broke. do i have a lemon? thank you for your time. mario  view

The sliding doors do not stop when something, actually when someone is in the way. isn't there a sensor or something which should stop the doors from closing on someone?  view

The front doors lower striker plate was loose. this caused the doors to rattle and not to shut properly. this could result in the door flying open while driving. the strikers were tightened but failure still continued. at 38,194 miles the transmission started slipping followed by a winning noise. the transmission was rebuilt.  view

When the consumer let the tailgate down, the cable broke. the consumer went to the dealer to check to see if his vehicle was involved in the current recall. the consumers vehicle was not included in the recall. recall# 04e022000.  view

Nar 05/21/2003 with out notification the consumers purchased the vehicle branded as a lemon. problems occurred with the transmission, air conditioner compressor, headlight dimmers, and electrical system was faulty. they're requesting the dealership to buy back the vehicle.  view

While driving to work on one of the first "cold" days this fall, my wife had the right rear window implode into the back seat. there was no apparent projectile, no forewarning other than a light crackling noise before the glass rained into the car.  view

I have a 2002 subaru outback wagon. when the vehicle reached around 31,000 miles, it began to shake perceptibly when i applied the brakes. the shaking got progressively worse. i brought the vehicle to the dealer, and it was found that the rotors had worn unevenly. the rotors were turned to correct the problem under the vehicle's 36,000 mile/3 year warranty. it is my opinion that the rotors should not wear this quickly in a vehicle (the brake pads themselves were okay and not replaced.  view

I bought the car in august 2003, i noticed a repair docket from previous owner for left lower ball joint and left tie rod assemble w front end alignment on 5/29/03 at 34383 miles. i had a lot of noise under the engine. vw capistrano checked it out and said it was driver side ball joint. i bought car from a ford dealer who did not want anything to do with it. finally, vw capistrano forced their hand and processed it through my then current warranty. at the time, i had 45k miles on the car. i thought it shocking that a car so young should have such a major problem (for the second time). when i picked car up, a couple of days later, i heard a loud crunching noise in the front left hand side of the motor or wheel. i thought nothing of it, drove it another 5000 miles, had to replace 4 tires, and asked the tire tech to check it out. he said it was the steering knuckle and it was in bad shape. i contacted vw who said, bad luck, it's only covered for 24k miles or 2years. i again am shocked, firstly because that's impossible one of these should go out so early, added to that, if the ball joint was replaced, then isn't the steering knuckle, moved in some way shape or form, so there should be some sort of recourse. this car is a lemon, however, ca law states it isn't. i was ripped off by theodore robbins in costa mesa and wouldn't recommend anyone buy from them, they were suspect from day one once i drove my car from their lot. also, the back right seat belt is fixed to the seat and is unusable, i complained it was dangerous, ford said too bad, you bought it that way fix it. since then my horn has gone out because the car 'lost' it's under wheel cover and water got into the horn. this car reportedly had a 100 point inspection, which i believe to be not true. the radio has never worked a day, it's always 'fuzzy'.  view
