Recall 04v357000 concerning cam shaft position sensor consumer received this recall notice and was unable to locate an authorized service center in atlanta, georgia.  view

The plastic lens coverings for the headlights have discolored and turned milky in appearance. proper illumination is no longer provided by the headlights. there is no way to clear up the problem. multiple attempts using various cleaning or polishing agents have proven futile. this is an insidious problem, akin to having one's vision slowly get bad so you learn to live with it. the vehicle has only 66,000 miles on it, and the problem was apparent well before this mileage. has not been replaced due to excessive cost of parts.  view

A year ago, i brought a c230 compressor at mercedes-benz and since then, i had to repair my a/c twice, the abs light has been fixed twice in one week, and now my transmission is acting out. although i have brought my car in a great deal, the problem(s) still exist. in one month alone, i brought my car in about 3 times to fix almost the same problem(s). my last visit was this past week, and just today, i got my car back and the transmission still feels funny. it jerks when i step on the accelerator and for some reason, i feel more unsafe now then before.  view

I have a chevrolet 1500 conversion van.transmition unable to go into any gear. i was in lynchbury, va. had to be towed. this incident occurred 11/23/01. had to have transmition rebuilt. i was told that the manufacturer had done some update to the model transmition in my van. 06/01/04 transmition slipping. had to have transmition rebuilt again. in 21/2 years i have spent $4,500. on repairs to transmition in my van. it is obvious that that transmition in my van is not compatable with the wiegh of the vehicle, and the manufacturer knew this. i didnot get 40000 miles before having transmition rebuilt again.  view

Power to the rear, or 5th. door shorts in and out at will, you will never know when the vehicle is securely locked. the rap feature, reserve auxillary power shorts in and out. the rear or 5th. door windshield wiper shorts in and out, causing you to not be able to see behind you.  view

Headlights bounce like crazy on the smallers bumps. called pontiac and guy said he was unawre of issue, total bs....third pontiac i've bbought since 2000 and 5th over all. will be the last if they don't step up and fix the problem!  view
