GMC GMC User Comment / Complaint

When the brakes were applied, the steering wheel locked. the vehicle was checked on several occasions. the service tech could not find a solution. on the next visit to the dealer, they replaced the gear box, but the problem returned. the consumer was then told that a new power steering pump was needed. the consumer was told that the problem was due to the misalignment of the "universal," which occurred during factory assembly. the consumer requested reimbursement.
