While driving at 25 mph consumer's vehicle rear ended another vehicle, and the air bags did not deploy.  view

The vehicle experienced tread separation on three different tires. firestone claimed no problems were found and that they could not make repairs unless it was a recall. the consumer had to pay for repairs (dutchman dutch 1998, firestone,steeltex,r4s, lt225/75r16mns,radial r4s).  view

Our 2000 chrysler grand voyager's a/c broke at less than 29000 miles. the warranty ran out just 2 months. its evaporator had to be replaced. the full cost to repair was $1200. the dealer wanted us to pay $530 at first. after several phone calls, the dealer made us pay $259. chrysler denied that their 2000 mini-van evaporators are defective. we think they are defective. an average evaporator should not fail at 29000 miles. we searched the web and found that other chrysler models have had evaporator problems. we also found that there is a secret or good-will warranty dealing with a/c evaporator problems.  view

Consumer complained about a problem with electrical failures in the dashboard, including the speedometer. when driving at speeds in excess of 50 mph speedometer dropped to 0 and the rpms did likewise. every light and warning signal came on at once.  view

Horrible fm radio reception. static,treble fades the automatic feature on the power windows does not function properly. when windows are all the way down and you hit the auto up button, the window tries to go up and then goes back down. it then will not work for several seconds. low tire pressure light comes on after extended driving.  view
