1995 BMW 540 User Comment / Complaint

I just perchased a 2004 toyota 4 runner sport edition v8 in february. i have just completed the "break-in" period and have begun to increase my speed on the highway. a cyclical vibration and noise is noticed from the engine at 70 miles per hour that increases in frequency as vehicle speed is increased. the noise subsides once you let off the gas regardless of speed. in addition, steering wheel and brake pedal vibrates between 1500 and 2000 rpm range at various speeds.  view

Drl will not turn on headlights that the owners manual on page 98 said that it will, this could cause a serious accident. the auto is a new 2004 camry xle, with 902 miles at this time. the lights should come on as stated in the book, or a warning should be in the manual, that the headlights will come on when the light switch is in the drl.  view

I think grandam has the worst braking system on their cars. i spend so much money alone on brakes. i've asked several people who also own a grandam and they say the same thing i change my brakes at least 3-4 times a year. i own a 98 pontiac grandam and as soon as i finish paying on it i am getting rid of it.  view

Brakes release on 1998 isuzu. all 4 brakes release suddenly if one wheel hits bump and skips. plastic sidewall by gas pedal catches inside shoe and prevents quick moves from gas to brake.  view

The paint of the car is chipping, the electical is not working (brake lights, turn signals, and interior lights), the windshield wipers are not working (motor), and the fuses keep breaking, and the seat beal buckles are not working as well.  view

The transmission began down shifting very harshly. within a few days i began hearing a popping noise and couldn't accelerate in the lower gears (below 35 mph) without hearing the noise. this became a dangerous situation when i was entering a major state highway from a stop and was almost hit by a semi- truck because the car wouldn't accelerate.  view

Air bags in my 2001 ford taurus did not deploy upon hitting a honda accord in the rear .the result of the impact was ~2500 damage to the ford taurus and ~ 4500 to the honda accord it struck in the rear while stationary.  view
