Airbag failed to deploy in an accident, which caused injuries to the driver. the consumer's vehicle was side swiped by another vehicle. this caused the vehicle to run into a hill. the vehicle sustained damage to the front end yet the air bags did not deploy. the consumer was wearing his seat belt at the time of the accident but his head still impacted the windshield.
