The abs control module failed on my vehicle and had to be replaced. the repair was quite expensive, close to $1,000. in searching the internet i find that this problem is quite prevalent with this vehicle and i am wondering why the manufacturer has not issued a recall. the expensiveness of the repair will surely cause a lot of people to simply disengage the abs system which creates a safety issue i believe.
