1999 GMC C/K 1500 User Comment / Complaint

Like many others the module that controls my abs on 1999 gmc 1500 went bad at 81000 miles. the dealer reair costs $1020. from reading these message boards it appears there is a problem with these units that gm will not recognize.this is my 4th gm truck and the only one to ever have this problem.
