While driving at 30 mph consumer entered an intersection. while crossing the intersection, another vehicle ran a stop sign, causing the consumer to collide with the front driver's side of the other vehicle. the other vehicle was cited for failure to heed a stop sign. seat belts were worn, but the frontal air bags did not deploy. consumer and passenger sustained back and neck injuries.
