I have a 2003 dodge stratusni just brought the car not even a year ago and i am having a popping noise when i turn my wheel. the noise has been going on for the last couple of months i have taken my car to the dealer that i got the car from and they can not seem to fix the problem. also my brakes are making a noise as well. this type of problem should not be happening and i have not had the car for a year yet. i have talked with daimer and they just took a complaint but i need some action no seems to care.

1999 plymouth grand voyager. vin 2p4gp44r2xr377984. the subject vehicle has had a failure of the clock spring mechanism (according to the dealer). this has resulted in the failure of the air bag deployment (along with cruise control and horn). chrysler has admitted this problem exists (via recall) with 1996-1998 vehicles but will not fix 1999 vehicles. your web site exhibits numerous instance of this failure on 1999 vehicles. how do i go about getting a known problem with this failure to be acknowledged and fixed by chrysler? i consider this a serious safety issue that should be taken care of by chrysler regardless of auto mileage.
