2003 BMW 530I User Comment / Complaint

While backing out of the driveway, the vehicle unexpectedly accelerated. as the consumer backed out of the driveway with her foot on the brake, the vehicle lost control accelerated backwards into the street. the consumer pressed harder on the brake to stop the acceleration but it did not respond. the incident happened a second time. the dealer was unable to duplicate the problem.
