1993 GMC C15 User Comment / Complaint

Both goodyear integrity front tires, size p235/65r17, dot#unknown lost air pressure every week. dealer stated nothing was found wrong.  view

Engine leaked oil. dealer has recovered the gaskets and the engine still leaks.  view

Consumer noticed after placing vehicle in park vehicle started rolling backwards.  view

When driving 60 mph, the front passenger side air bag deployed inadvertently, causing a distraction to the driver. the dealer had been notified.  view

While driving 55 mph transmission lost power, causing vehicle to slow down to 35 mph. manufacture rand dealer have been notified.  view

When accelerating from a stop vehicle lurched in 1st gear. had notified the dealership, but the problem had not been resolved.  view

While driving about 65 mph on the highway vehicle stalled and shut down due to battery cable wire melting. consumer was able to steer onto the side of the shoulder.  view

Braking failure. soft pedal. entire vehicle appears to be under braked. multiple abs systems failure. rear wheel lock up and drag. water entering connector for abs wheel sensor at differential. water entering differential. complete denial by ford motor company situation has potential for injury. cavalier and arrogant attitude of ford motor company customer service center. actually told me not to write them any more about the problem. dealer has done all it can and continues to replace parts. dealer agrees ford has something to hide. dealer confirms a very high failure rate specific to wet climates and the pacific northwest. the only good news dealers in the area stock large quantities of replacement parts.  view
