Firestone tires were replaced with dunlop tires. dunlop rear passenger tire exploded on highway at about 60 mph. consumer temporarily lost control of vehicle, but managed to make it to the side of the road. tread came completely off, and sidewalls exploded. please provide any further infomation.

Ongoing seat belt problems and had to keep replacing seat belts. when unfastening seat belt, it will not retract back in holder. had to feed it back into holder.

When replacing the fan cluch consumer noticed crack in fan. consumer had to replace fan. consumer states 4 major cracks in the fan base, 2 progressing into the blades.

Bridgestone, dueler ht 687, p225/70r16 dot elwa, original equipment on a 2000, lexus rx 300 with 25000 miles. first blowout on left rear tire occurred in february, 2001 at highway speed. second blowout on right rear tire occurred on 12 august, 2001 at highway speed. no accident. consumer states speed was 15 mph.
