Transaxle shaft/rear axle seals are loose, causing differential seal to leak.

The problem(s) are with both a 1998 and 2000 pontiac grand prix. the problems were as followed: engine components, steering, suspension, braking system, battery, fuel system, transmission, structural, the wheels were noisy, there were visual component defects, the radio was defective, and the interior light on the door was inoperative. jg scc

At 30-50 mph traveling down hill engine stalled twice. consumer lost complete control of the steering which made it difficult to pull over to the side of the road. the engine and oil light was illuminated. dealer was not contacted at the time of this call.ph

While driving at 65 mph, vehicle suddenly down shifted to 3rd gear. the vehicle made a huge noise, causing engine to rev up to the red line. consumer fills this is very dangerous, someone could be injured. please provide any further information. ph
