Starter motor replaced due to excessive noise.

Before consumer purchased the vehicle, the rotors and pads had been replaced. consuemr received a recall notice regarding the rotors and pads and had them replaced again per recall standards. in june of 2001, consumer noticed a pulsing in the brakes. the brakes were worn, the rotors were replaced and the pads changed. in september of 2002, there was a heavy pulsing and a grinding noise during braking. consumer was told the pads were completely worn away and metal was grinding against metal.

The service atttendant inflated the tires in excess of the maximum recommended pressure of 45 psi. the service attendant stated he inflated the tires at the pressure according to the label printed on the tires. consumer requests a refund of monies paid.

While in motion consumer was hit by another driver on the rear driver's side. vehicle spun around three times. during this incident, safety devices failed to operate as designed. driver's side seat belt did not lock; therefore, consumer was thrown forward. seat belt in the back seat which secured the child seat did not lock, throwing the seat forward and out of its original position. ...

Consumer stated that check engine light stayed on and rpm's jump from 2000 to 3000 causing the vehicle to loose all power. the dealer changed main sensor and the check engine light problem stopped, but rpm's problem continued. dealer changed speed sensor and the problem still exists. finally the head gaskets were replaced.

The consumer received a recall notice but failed to take the vehicle for service since the symptoms indicated did not exist. after two years the vehicle's low coolant light had come on. the check engine light had come on and the diagnosis showed that the head gasket had failed prematurely. the consumer requested to be reimbursed for the monies spent on repairs. the water pump and the radiator had leaked.
