Kenworth has a reputation of putting a custumer off untill warranty is out. all of these problems where to be addressed. and there are more. hard to explain in short words. i do have documentation in the form of maint. files with descriptive accounts of all problems , none of which have been accuratly repaired. i'v been into various shops concerning rr suspension, ride height prb. has always been the issue. this effects every asspect of driveability, at first was thougth to be allignment but then started to notice similarities between the two when control valves started leaking down, after 15 or so trips to shop , i began to learn all i could about it. and after 50 or so times adjusting myself have found no real sollution. this has been a problem ever since the truck was new and is on the top of my list because not only does this creat a mechanical falure nightmare but is directly linked to certain saftey issues because trk is not very controlable. and have had several accidents due to vehicle handling and , i could talk in great lenths aboutit . also the other items are very similar when it comes to safe opporation. please contact me for further explanations and documentation.

I received a recall notice on my 1999 honda civic for the ignition switch in september 2002. i took the car to get a new switch installed. after that i did not see a positive change or faster start up of the car . in fact, it seemed to start slower and slower. when i would press the accelerator i felt a grinding sensation under my foot from the gas pedal, which sounded like the car was struggling to speed up. also, when i would turn the key in the ignition the car would not start right away, it stalled for about (7) seven seconds or so. i believe this car is a lemon. when i bought it, the gears wouldn't change properly. i would press the accelerator to go up to spped on the highway and it would take a long time for the car to change gears, it sounded very loud because of this. i don't know why it did this, i am concerned and it became very annoying. i had an accident while driving this car on oct. 16, 2002. as i was driving i heard something crack under the car and the car started to spin to the other side of the road causing me to lose control of the car. i believe the car had a safety defect that caused the wheels to break, resulting in loss of control of the vehicle. the insurance adjuster told me these are some of the damages to the car: the bottom of the floor shifted, the axle broke, the tires and wheels broke, they declared the car a total loss. i believe the wheels/tires broke first, which is probably what the cracking sound was that i heard which caused the car swerve. my insurance company paid the car off so fast which leads me to believe they are hiding something. aslo, i think the steering of the car was out of line, because sometimes the car would veer to the right when i would be driving straight it would be difficult to stay in the lane i would appreciate all the information you can give to help me find out what else is wrong with this car as i already said a recall for the ignition was issued more defects may be found. dt

The vehicle has an intermittent electical problem. on a random basis it wont start. we have taken it to the dealer and it started for the. we towed it to the dealer and they had it for a week and they said they could not find anything wrong with it. there was another vehicle the same as ours at the same time with the same problem. it happens quite often, sometimes it will start after a few hours sometimes it won't start for a couple of days. we were planning a trip but have had to cancel it because the car is not dependable. i have gone out to go to work and the car will not start. i am the cartaker for my parents and i can not depend on the car to start if i need to take them to the doctor or anything else that a person needs a car for. i do believe something can be done. i do not feel that i must have the car towed in another four or five times before something can be done about this car. it will be snowing in a few months and i surley do not want to get stuck someplace in the snow. this is a serious problem and i do not like that the dealer nor the manufacture will not do simething about this problem until it happens in their presence. they have agreed that the car has a problem but they do not know what the problem is.
