When key is turned to start engine ignition switch will not return to the number 4 position. vehicle checked by dealer, who advised consumer that it is suppose to work that way. consumer stated the starter blew up, the brakes were inoperative, the transmission does not shift properly, the windows were inoperative.  view

Driver's seat moves back and forth and will not lock in place. vehicle accelerated and seat flew back on acceleration. vehicle has been in at dealer one time for intermittent problem. dealer was correcting the problem. consumer stated that the tilt wheel control froze in one position, dealer adjusted tilt steering. center console hard to open, dealer adjusted console.  view
