2000 HONDA INSIGHT User Comment / Complaint

In short: the fender spat fasteners fell off causing the spat to fly off the car. the car is advertised to be made of non-oxidizing metals, the spat fasteners; however, do rust. they are a quick release fastener (not a bolt and nut). i am concerned that the skirt will fall off and hit a car or motorcycle and cause an accident. i have notified honda about my concerns.
