Consumer took vehicle in for repairs, and mechanic told him that front passenger axle bearing hook had a lot of play and wore out. mechanic had to replace the part. dealership was aware of problem.  view

Vehicle was on a side street and was traveling about 20mph, another vehicle jumped in front of consumer's vehicle, consumer applied brakes and pedal went all the way down to the floor. upon impact, airbags didn't go off. dealership was aware of problem. mechanic looked at the vehicle three times already.  view

Intake manifold leak , talking to dealer and mechanic shop this is a common problem and has been for a long time, chrysler has a tsb 09-05-00 out on this problem but no recall issued. had an extended warranty on vehicle for 5 yrs/100000, problem started before warranty expired, but didn't become aware of what it was until after warranty expired, chrysler warranty won't cover repair even though problem started when warranty was still on vehicle. i don't know if you can help with this problem.  view

Was driving approximately 50mph and was merging into traffic when transmission locked in gear and failed to change. consumer stated prior to purchasing vehicle she complained of a clunk noise when changed gears into reverse, also the driver side brake light is inoperable, also the right side mirror needed to be replaced, engine mounts were replaced,brakes were replaced, serpentine belt was cracked, engine overheats.  view
