When driving air conditioner operates poorly.  view

While traveling at 45 mph and without any indication right front control arm had broke off tire as a result of an accident. consumer added that the power steering went out without any indication while driving at 45 mph causing a right front crash with one vehicle from behind and side swipping three other vehicles before stopping. manufactuer was contacted.  view

While driving vehicle engine check light comes on and remains on. this causes vehicle to act as if it's going to stall out when its idling too long at stop lights or stop signs. has happened so far 5 times. had taken to dealership 4 times, each time mechanic replaced a coil pack. light would go out, but after 2 weeks would return again.  view

Recall oo v 424 000/fuel leakage: a portion of unused fuel from one tank to be returned to second tank. when this occurs second tank exceeded its limits, causing fuel spillages. spill can result in a fire when exposed to a source of ignition. dealer notified, and informed consumer that this vehicle was not cover under recall due to vin. feel free to provide us with any further information concerning this matter.  view

Metal harness adjuster failed to keep harness straps tightened. metal adjuster kept sliding off holes in rear of child seat.  view

Consumers wife was driving and pulled into a parking lot, and vehicle accelerated into a cement barrier surrounding a light post. she was traveling at approximately 20 to 25 mph, and both frontal air bags failed to deploy. no determination has been made as to why the air bags failed to function. driver experienced whiplash, and was seeking futher medical help for neck pain.  view

Original equipment on a 2000 expedition. p255/70r16size. at 65mph tread on right rear tire separated, causing damage to vehicle. please provide additional information.  view

Horn sensor is extremely difficult to locate and very hard to depress in a emergency situation. please give any further details.  view

Vehicle sputtered at any speed, dealer noticed a bolt that holds engine manifold had broken. please add further comments.  view
