Evenflo model # 207, dom 04-27/1999; while carrying infant in child seat handle suddenly released and caused seat to flip forward. child was strapped in and was not injured. also, handle does not lock tightly into place and has a lot of "play" in it.  view

Was traveling about 65mph on highway and felt a shake. also, heard a knocking noise inside of vehicle. he was able to pull over to shoulders, and noticed that passenger's front tire tread separated. b.f.goodrich radial ta, p21560r14, #dotbet7 4c1407. dealership was aware of problem. consumer states that vehicle pulled to the right when tread separation occurred and there was damage done to vehicle.  view

Consumer took vheicle to a mechanic for a bad oil leak. mechanic showed consumer 36 different cracks in head of motor.also, transmission was shattered, vehicle was not shifting right. consumer took to dealer and it was full of pieces of metal. consumer states that dealer replaced head. please provide any further information.  view
