1996 GMC C2500 User Comment / Complaint

Fuel injection pump has failed and been replaced 6 times over the life of the vehicle .one failure resulted in fuel leaking on exhaust system this could have been extremly dangerous.wiper failures is an ongoing problem wich occurs intermittently and unexpectedly -very dangerous !!! my fiance also owns a 1996 gmc c1500 which has the same problem we have been told by dealer that only a select group of vehicles has a recall issued and a gm technician has told us that the same wiper circut board has been used on several different gm vehicles over a ten year span. gm should be forced to repair any gm vehicle affected by this serious safety issue and offer a refund to any customer that has had an out of pocket expense !!!!!!!
