The goodyear tracker tires (p245/75r16) experienced severe vibration, 3 of the tires were replaced because of the vibration and signs of tread separation, another tire experienced tread separation while the consumer was driving and caused the vehicle to sustain damage, the consumer is requesting reimbursement.

Vehicle was in garage and it caught on fire. there was damage to garage. dealer said fire was due to defect in battery. the cause of the fire was due to an electrical short circuit in the voltage regulator/alternator, the fire destroyed the vehicle and damaged the driveway and garage.
