Right front firestone tire failed causing the consumer to loose control of the vehicle, hit the left shoulder and rolled over 3 times. nlm  view

Tire size p225/70r15, aftermarket with 29,000 miles. driving on highway about 45 minutes at approximately 70 mph in hot weather when left front tire tread blew off, and rolled onto highway.  view

1993, chevrolet c2500, about 5,000 miles on the tires, tire size lt24575r16. while driving there is vibration which may cause a loss of vehicle control. took to chevrolet dealer. dealer stated it was bad tire, and one of the tires had a bulge in it. went to a tire place and they confirmed what dealer said. also, indicated that wheels of the truck were defective. dealer found one of the tires to have sidewall/tread separation. dot#mk11jnhv449 - goodyear workhorse tires.  view

Tire shreaded while driving along i-81 just oustside harrisonburg, va. car controlled. shreading of tire caused plastic trim to be damaged. digital photographs of ruined tire and damage to tim available. all tires replaced by the tire station, 202, williamson rd, roanoke, va, 24011 10/7/2000 at no charge. alltires retained by agent.
