Pe 00 020/tire tread separation: two different blowout/tread separations. first, was a left front tire was going flat, and tread separation. second, left rear tire experienced a blowout/tread separation while traveling at highway speed of 70 mph with driver/one passenger in a 1999 chevrolet suburban with original equipment, lt245/75r16, dot# unavailable.

Driver was driven off the road while traveling 60 mph and into a ditch, air bag light came on no deployment of air bag, consumer took vehicle to dealer and was told he didn't hit hard enough or at the right angle, during front end collision the drivers side air bag did not deploy, the passenger shoulder harness failed and caused the passenger to be thrown thourghout the vehicle causing 3 herniated disc. nlm

Firestone atx 235/75r15 the insured was southbound on hwy 183 approx 1.4 miles south of luling in gonzales county. she heard a loud pop and her left rear tire lost tread. her right rear wheel then came off the vehicle and she lost control and the ford explorer rolled several times. a passerby pulled her from the explorer just prior to it catching fire. the vehicle was totally consumed in the ensuing fire. explorer lost tread on left rear tire, it rolled, then caught fire, total burnconsuming the tires. any similiar problesm with tread separation on explores?
