Driver made a normal start from stop sign, on wet pavement, to interstate access, curved ramp. at 30 mph the vehicle did a 360 degree clockwise rotation.  view

The seat-back of the driver seat will start tilting back automacticly. it happened all when the key is in the off position. when this happened, the driver seat presses down on to the passanger's thigh/knee who seats behind the driver. it won't stop until i pull the adjustment switch. when it happened, my 3 years old daughter sat on her car set, behind the driver seat was crying, and my 8 years old son was screaming. my daugther had bruises on her thigh which was caused by this.  view

Ford's district rep in georgia, a mr. faircloth, told me that if my attitude was that i would never buy a ford product again seeing as how they were going to gift me with only a $1,000 charge, he didn't know if he wanted to help me at all. no safety defect listed in summary.  view

While driving, right rear tire blew out. the well lining between the tire and the fuel tank for cusion purpose was observed to be bended around the top portion of the tire. pieces of tire hit fuel tank and caused a fuel leak which may have resulted in a fire. Driver's side seat belt is broken and will not move beyond the middle of the track. i had to disconnect the motor so that it would not burn out or melt the plastic incasing.  view

While driving up hill in heavy rain vehicle was placed in 2nd gear and curved with the road. then, vehicle hydroplaned/turned, and hit a tree on the driver's side, resulting in driver's death. vehicle's structure was made of fiberglass which did not protect the occupant in the crash. please provide further information.  view
