Fuel tank over flows when filling, excess gas runs down side of vehicle and spills onto hot exhaust pipe creating dangerous fire hazard, gas often spews out and vent holes around filler hose can cause person fillting tank to be doused with fuel.

We were origanlly told our car needed a new computer chip,we now believe it was a blown headgasket the entire time. the car ran "alright" for a month or so,but never quite the same, after we got the chip, the check engine light always remained on,the dealer said they would have to re-start the computer, and addtional $200.00. we drove it for another month, until it finally just quit. after talking to several different mechanic's they all informed us it was a blown head-gasket all along. several other t-bird owners have told us the exact same thing happened to them,at approx. the same milage. has there or will there be a recall on the head-gaskets? ow many complaints do they need to recieve, before they will re-call a vehicle?( dot number: )  view

Driving down interstate highway, driver made abrupt turn to avoid collision, suv ladden with x-mas baggage, began to fish tail. driver spun wheel other direction and suv started rolling over. during the rollover there was a collision with a guardrail, during the rollover the driver side roof collapsed on top of driver, killing her by head trauma. no other autos were involved in accident. air bags never deployed. husband and two children survived.  view

When applying brakes in icy conditions abs kicks in and the vehicle doesn't stop. there is a horrible grinding noise, and the brake pedal pushes up (severly). the same problem occurs in panic stop conditions on wet and dry pavement.  view

Fuel pump electrical system failure. not sure if it is a defect but alarming just the same. wiring harness/connections on fuel pump and sending unit inside of fuel tank melted, overheated and burned. while this may be an isolated incident to my vehicle mechanics informed me that i was extremely lucky car did not catch on fire and tank ignite. .  view

Evenflo model # 236, dom 03-27-2000; padding on the shield had four pins that were suppose to hold the padded material. the pins came out, and child pulled the material off. played with it, and put it into his/her mouth.  view
