Received recall notice #99v066003. set appointment with dealer. took vehicle to dealership. was informed by mechanic, after checking vehicle, that the vehicle did not have the problem indicated in recall letter. was driving vehicle into a parking lot when the wheel came off. taking vehicle back to dealership to have the repair done.

A fire broke out inside vehicle while it was turned off and parked outside the house, and all window closed. fire was extinguished by fire department. fire department informed consumer that fire may have started from the steering column.

While making a normal stop brake pedal went down much further than normal and the truck barely stopped. this happened while driving on a smooth/dry road surface. the problem was reported to the dealership. prolbem was corrected by a repair shop at owner's expense. please provide any further information.

While driving along at a speed 45-55 mph on a straight road in sunny weather conditions consumer heard a loud noise, and then the vehicle suddenly went out of control, almost striking several vehicles.the vehicle was towed to a body shop. please the strut rod had broken off the rear wheel spindle assembley, the wheel went up into the wheel well causing vehicle to go out of control.

When motorcycle is being driven at various speeds it would start to shimmy from the front to the back. would be able to maintain control. was nearly thrown from motorcycle due to vibrations. been to dealership & mechanic could not locate any problems.

Driving in local traffic 40 mph the seats started to recline all the way to the passenger back seat. tried to use the seat recliner button, but it failed. it will not readjust by itself. contacted dealer.

When appyling brakes they are noisy due to warped rear rotors which had to be grounded or quickly fixed. please give any further details.
