Both a 3rd party inspection station and the dealer mechanic acknowledge that the front rotors on this vehicle are pitted...in manufacture...at an 'unreasonably' premature lifespan...23k miles. since chrysler does not participate in the bbb lemon law arbitration...their direct contact 1-800-992-1997 maintained the warranty of 1yr/12k miles...disregarding the supporting evidence from the above sources that the pitting was a manufacturing flaw...and therefore clearly the responsibility of chrysler to replace...at no cost. view

This vehicle has its gauges drop off intermittently. in some cases, all guages drop, in others just the tach and speedometer. shelley warsaw cp je, clarksville, md has worked on the vehicle on 3 occasions. initially they replaced the airbag sensor. this did not solve the problem. the vehicle spent 1.5 days in this facility in june. they diagnosed it as a harnass connector problem. the situation appeared to be remediated, but has once again occurred. it is uncomfortable to drive a vehicel that indicates a problem with the airbag (check airbag signal) on a daily basis. view
