you can fix this by using locktight on the bold and torquing it to the proper specifications. You have to hold the engine still from turning, which can be done with an oil filter wrench. Then begin torquing.

Sequoia lights staying on, or coming on by themselves could be due to a corroded fuse box. Corrossion of the fuse boxes and connectors of the sequoia is a know problem, but Toyota refuses to make a recall.
