Driving on freeway motorcycle stalled. pulled to side & waited. finally was able to restart again. did not take to dealer due to problem not reappearing.

Harley davidson flhr 1996 model. the fuel shut off valve is inoperative. it stops the fuel supply, during operation. also the speedometer does not register the proper speed.
