My horn on my 2000 dodge neon stick on, so i pull the horn relay so i don't have a horn. i had the horn pad replace when it was under warranty. it didn't even last 30,000 miles.

The horn only works occasionally. was told it is a manufacturer's defect with the airbag by our mechanic. the airbag may not work in an accident. i never know when my horn will work to communicate with other drivers.

There is a squeaking noise present while driving vehicle. dealer says it's due to brake pads and rotors. horn is out. the vehicle run hard and is loud. the front end is low when coming out on into a driveway.
