There was a nut in the back of the standard transmission. while driving 70 mph the nut fell off into the transmission which caused the vehicle to free wheel in fifth gear.read more / reply »

While driving about 50 mph keeper ring broke. shaft that goes through brake and clutch pedals came out. this caused brakes to lock up, clutch engaged as well.
